The Person Behind the Camera
I am Iliyan Garnev, a 27-year-old photographer from the city of Sofia, Bulgaria. For the past four years, I have immersed myself in the world of photography. I traverse both worlds of digital and film photography, each for their different characteristics.
In my free time you can find me wandering the streets capturing fleeting moments that resonate with me.
Through these shots, I externalize my inner world, allowing the outer expressions of the world to convey what I see.
Professionally, I have been hired to shoot photoshoots, weddings, birthdays, and graduation parties. I treat such events as opportunities to capture the vast and diverse human emotions at display, while trying to keep the preferred style that has been communicated with the client beforehand.
